We have managed to miss all the recent snow - just getting cold rain and sleet instead and are very grateful that the sun has returned.
The new year has started with a mini baby boom! We have had 3 calves born since Friday, 2 boys - Gerald and Gordon and 1 girl Georgia, all are black Aberdeen Angus this time. The ginger babies from the autumn are growing fast and aren't very little anymore - they are also changing colour. The are more dark red now than ginger but are still very cute!
